contract to work in conjunction with TBR in order to reduce the
number of mailings to the deceased. Whether inside or outside
the European Economic Area, these third parties will be required to
comply with our strict privacy requirements, and to demonstrate that
they follow best practice guidelines for data protection. |

The TBR Website cannot accept responsibility for accidental or
inadvertent disclosure, illegal or unauthorised access or for other
disclosure as required by law or other regulation. |
| The TBR Website may disclose aggregate statistics about our sales, our web site visits, and survey results in order to describe our services to prospective partners and other reputable third parties and for other lawful purposes, but these statistics will not include personally identifiable information. |

How the information may be used The name and address of the deceased person will be stored on a database, which will be used by companies to stop mail being sent or telephone calls being made to that person. The database may also be searched companies when an application for credit is made. |
